State Farm Insurance Agent located in Murfreesboro TN is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Alex Williams Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, life and health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service Home, Auto, Life or Health quotes as well as business based on monthly goals.
• Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations

Requirements and Qualifications

• Able to obtain Insurance Producers License in Property, Casualty, Life, Health
• $500 Bonus if you have your Property and Casualty License and $250 Bonus if you already have Life and Health (Prior to Start Date)
• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to anticipate customer needs
• Able to effectively relate to a customer
• Bilingual Spanish Always a Plus!!!.
