A highly reputable middle market Private Equity firm investing equity capital in the Industrial, Consumer & Business Services sector within the middle market and lower middle market is seeking a Senior Associate that is looking to make a lateral move, for their investment team in Charlotte, NC!
Qualifications:
- 3 years of direct Private Equity investing experience at a reputable private equity firm (REQUIRED!)
- Already at the Senior Associate title within a Private Equity investment team
- Experience with Consumer, Industrials or Business Services investments is a plus
- Excellent Financial Modeling skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant ties to Charlotte/North Carolina (REQUIRED!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Sourcing and Evaluation: Identifying potential investment opportunities and conducting thorough due diligence, including financial analysis and market research, to assess viability.
- Deal Execution: Participating in all aspects of transaction execution, such as financial modeling, valuation, drafting investment memoranda, and coordinating with legal and financial advisors.
