Description
- Major job duties include providing litigation support to attorneys in all areas of employment law and contract disputes.
- Paralegals perform basic legal research, process documents, assist throughout the discovery process, and provide trial support. This team member will attend depositions with attorneys, draft correspondence, and assist in drafting legal documents and pleadings, in addition to summarizing depositions and trial testimony.
- ADB is looking for key competencies in strong research and writing skills, organizing and maintaining up to date case files electronically, and processing information and documents necessary to respond to discovery. A proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat is necessary to succeed in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $66,500.00 per year
