- Line/workstation layout and improvement, from material delivery at line to final shipping.
- Allocation and creation of kit lists, and accurate cycle time / Takt charts.
- Creation and maintenance of line build standard operation procedures (SOP’s).
- Improvement of manufacturing tooling/process to improve production processes & build hours.
- Provide DFM feedback to R&D through formal methods, including PFMEA and build reports.

- Ability to support with lifting equipment/working at height would be an advantage.
- Experience with CAD packages (Solid Edge / Teamcenter) would be an advantage.
- Constantly seeking to drive down build costs and increase efficiency using structured methodologies, such as Lean.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- NPI Manufacturing Engineering experience, delivering constant customer specific change into our production lines.
- Ideally with mechanical or electrical manufacturing engineering technical competency.
- Production change control (managing ECO and Deviation/Concession into production).
- Proactive line set up to enable improved build hours.
- Data driven reactive line support to improve build hours / cycle time. Assuming full ownership for build hours issues for assigned product line / build stages.
- Excellent engagement with, and ability to influence all relevant stakeholders, including production operations.
- Strives for continual improvement, driving manufacturing processes towards Industry 4.0 or best in class.
WHY JOIN OUR TEAM:
