Seeking a Full-Time Temporary Apartment Maintenance Technician, needed for Camelia Apartments (111 units) in Brunswick, GA to start immediately! Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community. They are responsible for make readies, turns and work orders. Excellent customer service experience required with good communication skills and must have at least 1 year apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. We encourage employee growth opportunities.
Responsibilities/Requirements include:
- HVAC certification for repairs and preventative maintenance
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Carpentry, Painting and Dry Wall Repair
- Variety of other maintenance tasks, including grounds
