• Liaison between Insurance Companies and Field Representatives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Create and maintain long-lasting relationships with field reps to better manage workload and drive business growth.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the daily status of outstanding surveys, ensuring all deadlines are met and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will also share in administrative functions of the survey process and general office activities.
