Responsibilities :
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company protocols.
- Stay updated with emerging food processing technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as npd team, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to obtain necessary information for food process development.
- Scale up recipes and formulations from the lab to production lines, ensuring quality and efficiency.
