GEA Group, a leading global supplier for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors, is seeking an enthusiastic IT On-Site Services Consultant for our Hudson, WI facility. Join our team and play a critical role in supporting IT systems across our Liquid & Powder Technology sites in the US.

Responsibilities :

• Manage IT service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Monitor and resolve IT issues to enhance user satisfaction.
• Act as the escalation point for complex problems.
• Ensure the deployment and functionality of corporate applications.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Streamline IT service processes and maintain documentation.
• Share best practices and collaborate with peers.
• Provide technical support for local hardware and network devices.
• Ensure high availability of IT systems.
• Manage the lifecycle of local IT services.
• Utilize ServiceNow ITSM for call and escalation management.
• Champion continuous service improvement.
• Support IT user relocations and senior executives as needed.
