In this role, you will troubleshoot both Mac and Windows hardware and software as well as user account and administration duties. You will also play a key role in shaping the employee experience, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and process improvements, while supporting cross-brand collaboration initiatives.

The IT Service and Digital Workplace Team is a global team within our parent company, The Nemetschek Group. This team ensures that employees have everything they need—systems access, hardware support, and security compliance—to perform at their best, enabling the business to thrive across all 13 subsidiaries including Vectorworks.

During this Role You Will :

• Provide top-notch technical support for employee hardware, software, network, printing, and phone support issues.
• Configure computers, printers, phones and other hardware for employee use.
• Manage user accounts and access on cloud-based platforms and Active Directory, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain IT storage spaces and system inventory.
• Track hardware and software through associated databases.
• Keep training workstation drive imaging system operational and respond to training requests for image changes.

Annual base salary of 50,000 – 60,000 USD. Eligible for company performance bonuses.

Salary offer is determined by evaluation of candidate skills and experience during the interview process based on the criteria outlined in the job advertisement above.
