The Alexander Technology Group is searching for a Business Solutions candidate, who will be responsible for working with internal teams to automate processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness. In this entry-level role, you'll support technical solutions and help design innovative systems to tackle unique challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and gather requirements for technology solutions.
• Use technical and project management skills to design solutions aligned with business goals.
• Assist with QA testing and validate that solutions meet business needs.
• Develop reports using tools like Python, SQL, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate.
• Work with the team on automation and documentation of workflows.
• Communicate project status and objectives to stakeholders.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• BS/BA in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in improving workflow processes and solving business challenges.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Internships in software, tech consulting, or Fintech.
• Experience with CRM systems, data warehousing, or financial modeling.
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, VBA, or Agile development.
