Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage imaging and deployment projects.
- Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Administer Windows 10 systems and user accounts via Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and wireless devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- 2 years of desktop support experience.
- Strong expertise in Windows 10, Active Directory, and imaging/deployment.
- Knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Ability to work onsite and support end users effectively.
