IT Generalist

Alexander Technology Group is seeking a skilled IT Support & Network Specialist to manage user provisioning, hardware repairs, network configurations, and technical support for end users. This role involves troubleshooting IT issues, automating system setups, and maintaining documentation for networks and support resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provision and offboard users, set up email, and manage access.
• Repair, refurbish, and configure laptops and mobile devices.
• Install and maintain Cisco/Meraki firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi.
• Automate PC/software installations using Microsoft MDT.
• Provide remote and onsite IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Document network configurations, system changes, and ticket resolutions.
