The Alexander Technology Group is partnered with one of our long-time clients to identify an entry level Help Desk Tech. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in Merrimack Valley as they expand their book of business and add new clients. The ideal entry level Help Desk Tech for this opportunity is hungry to both grow their skills and grow within the company. This is a great opportunity to kick off an IT career with very little experience. In this fast-paced organization, you will be able to rapidly gain IT Experience and Knowledge by working alongside strong mentoring by senior leaders. This Help Desk Tech will be providing remote support to end users in a Windows Environment out of the office based on Andover. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow through hands on work.

- Windows desktop applications, use of ticketing system and proficiency with various hardware and software support.
- Active Directory understanding of user accounts, creating, resetting passwords
- Familiar with Microsoft 365
- Experience with a Ticketing System
- Remote management tools such as Logmein or Autotask
- Contract to Hire
- Perm Salary Range up to $40,000
