Responsibilities
- Guide teams in agile practices, self-organization, and achieving goals.
- Lead Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
- Help teams overcome obstacles to progress by removing impediments:
- Advocate for agile principles and practices.
- Foster a supportive and adaptable environment for team members.
- Develop strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Inspire continuous improvement and experimentation.
- 5 years experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proficiency in agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe/Scrum@Scale a plus).
- Strong experience with agile tools (Jira, Miro, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Background as a change agent in an agile environment.
- Financial services experience preferred.
