What You'll Do
The role involves coordinating 30 hours of pre-service training and 12 hours of annual in-service training for foster parents, including selecting trainers, materials, and scheduling. Responsibilities also include organizing post-preservice training conferences, collecting data for the Parent Daily Report, and managing recruitment activities such as responding to prospective parent inquiries and sending program materials. Additionally, the role oversees initial licensing procedures, including home studies, inspections, and tracking with the state licensing agency. It also includes maintaining active and terminated foster parent files and regularly updating the pre-service training manual and foster parent manual.

Education And Experience
- B.A./B.S. Human Services
- QMHP experience required; 2-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid NC Driver's License
