Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and ensure organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities, streamlining procedures, and supervising administrative staff.
Duties:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create presentations/materials for meetings
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills:
- Proficient in clerical tasks and administrative duties
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience in event planning and team management
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial tasks
- Familiarity with human resources processes including payroll
- Ability to manage office operations effectively
