Our company is currently seeking an Account Receivable Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for:


  • Perform activities related to client's deposits
  • Entry information into the parallel system associated with short payments and claims
  • Complete the documentation for short-payments and claim returns
  • Perform activities related to Cash/Wire/COD clients
  • Perform activities related to client's Packing Lists and
  • Perform invoicing activities

Qualifications:

  • Four years of experience in invoicing and receivables
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Authorized to work in the US
