Responsibilities
- Accountable to perform all functions required to process payments on the Remittance Processing DP 250/OCR Image system. The operators must know this system completely and all multifunctional tasks required to handle the job.
- Processes payments and balance payments by the scheduled time frames set for each application.
- Processing and updating customer payments the day they are received is critical for Alfa’s continued success. This system is technical and requires a strong team of operators who work toward the same day credit at the bank and good customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience using a personal computer.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- NT Windows experience preferred.
- Knowledge of processing money and balancing is helpful.
