Monday – Friday hours vary between 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. for a 40-hour work week. Periodic travel, weekend support, remote work, and overtime may be required.

- Provide first level support for PC, LAN, WAN, printers, AS400, web, mainframe, hardware, and software problems for Home Office, Sales Office, Claims Offices, and some Alfa affiliate offices.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely resolution to customer issues and problems by following departmental standards for service.
- Attend technical training courses, if offered, and pass or attempt an exam associated with course.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years’ work experience preferred.
- A certification or equivalent experience/training preferred.
- Windows 11 and Microsoft Office knowledge desired.
- A broad range of network and desktop knowledge is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strict punctuality and attendance policy are required.
