- Inspire & Lead: Approach daily responsibilities as both a working chef and an educator, fostering a professional and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications:
Education:
- An associate's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline will receive priority consideration.
Experience:
- Industry experience in culinary arts is highly desirable.
- Certification as a ServSafe Managerial Instructor/Proctor by the National Restaurant Association is preferred but not required.
