CEO Lawyer is a personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta that is growing rapidly. We are seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist on site. This is not a remote position.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, energetic and a self-starter. Will need to have experience in office administration.
Will need to have understanding of Microsoft office and feel comfortable learning new systems.
Responsibilities:
- General office duties.
- Accounting experience.
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures.
- Training office staff.
- Daily task list to handle and assign to office staff.
- Reviewing and paying invoices.
- Opening and scanning mail, Mailing out.
- Maintaining office locations and office condition.
- Managing office staff.
- Generating regular reports for each department.
- Assist with planning and attending events for the firm.
- Assist department heads as needed.
- Office Inventory- Ordering and keeping track of all office supplies, orders from vendors and promotional material, swag for company and events.
- Collaborating with the Sr. Administration Director on various projects.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Office hours are 7am-4pm
- Monday to Friday
