Seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to drive meaningful process improvements. In this role you will analyze current manufacturing operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance productivity. You will also contribute to capital planning, cost reduction initiatives, and safety enhancements.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address process inefficiencies
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes to improve workflow and efficiencies
- Design and implement fixtures, tools, and facility modifications to enhance operations
- Support daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and timely deliveries
- Research and recommend equipment for capital improvements
- Apply LEAN manufacturing principles to optimize processes
- Other tasks as needed.
