Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, project management skills, and familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CGMP, and HACCP. The Quality Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Experience in the following is a plus: knowledge of, band saws, tube laser, plasma, CNC machines, flat lasers, press brakes, robot welders, manual welders.

Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in alignment with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and ensure project management best practices are followed.
- Oversee the development and execution of training programs related to quality assurance and control.
- Manage documentation related to quality processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Lead investigations into non-conformities and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with CGMP regulations and HACCP principles in all production processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager) are a plus.
- Proven experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques, quality assurance methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in project management principles with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail for identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CGMP, HACCP is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information across various levels of the organization.
