Duties

- Utilize various cake decorating techniques, including piping, fondant application, and airbrushing.
- Prepare cake batter and other components as needed, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following all food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management for timely replenishment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve decorating skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cake decorating or a related culinary field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food preparation, and food safety practices within the food industry.
- Familiarity with pastry techniques and cake production processes is a plus.
