Payroll Analyst

Pay : $68,000 / year (Salary)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to oversee and manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll transactions accurately and on time.
Analyze payroll data to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes.
Maintain confidential and accurate payroll records.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or a similar role.

Familiarity with payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, etc.).

Experience working with timekeeping systems and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
