As the Technical Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding strategic relationships with external technology partners. Your role will involve identifying and cultivating partnerships that align with our company’s goals and vision, ensuring these collaborations deliver maximum business value. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to formulate and execute partner development strategies that support our business objectives.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to :
1.. Market Analysis and Partner Identification : Analyze market trends and technological advancements to identify global, leading-edge, and innovative potential technology partners
2. Partnership Establishment : Build connections with potential technology partners, explore mutual opportunities, and drive both parties toward formal partnership agreements.
3. Internal Coordination : Coordinate cross-departmental resources within the company to ensure the successful onboarding of technology partners.
4. Technical Support : Assist partners with technical integration, product compatibility, and other related areas.
5. Process Development : Explore and establish standards for technical partner development and management, ensuring partner satisfaction and fostering long-term collaboration.
6. Strategic Alignment : Participate in discussions regarding the company’s overall business strategy to ensure alignment between partner initiatives and corporate direction.
Requirements :
1. Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in technical partner development and management.
3. Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining high-level relationships.
4. Familiarity with cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and other relevant technologies.
5. Understanding of how partner ecosystems operate, coupled with strong business negotiation skills.
6. Outstanding team collaboration and cross-departmental communication abilities, adept at coordinating multiple resources in complex environments to ensure project success.
7. Good written and verbal communication skills, with English as the primary working language.
8. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in international markets, particularly with multinational cooperation, is advantageous
9. Certification or experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc., is highly desirable
The basic pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $122,000 / year and $202,000 / year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
