Job Description
1. Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
2. Own Fashion/Beauty/Consumer Electronics/ Industry category relationship(s) as a Category Business Partner with the responsibility to support in setting and driving supply-side acquisition and sales targets.
3.Product, brand, inventory selection, and prioritization. Build a category-specific assortment plan optimizing against pricing, selection, and brand diversity to maximize GMV and customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry and competitor movements.
4.Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
5.Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently.
6.Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
7.Employ a consultative approach by offering strategic content, creator/affiliate/agency partner, merchandising, and logistical solutions to all clients
Position Requirement
1.BA/BS with at least 5 years experience in e-commerce platform operation and/or two-sided marketplace operation, Preferably Product Management, Strategy and Planning, or Management Consulting experience in Retail or e-commerce.
2.Track record of success in defining strategies, implementing operation plans, and leading cross-functionally through influence.
3.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required.
4.Data-driven approach to planning and decision-making, with experience designing experiments and getting hands-on with data, analytics, and modeling.
5.Possessing a growth mindset, willingness to work hard, and providing and receiving 360 feedback to continuously grow professionally.
