Your Role with Us :
This position is responsible for general restaurant cleaning, cutting bread, assisting with making coffee, sometimes assisting the dishwashers, and checking to make sure the restrooms are tidy and clean.
Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Sanitizing high contact areas throughout the restaurant throughout the shift
Supporting the front of the house team with sorting, polishing, and rolling up the silverware.
Facilitating dining dish system, sorting dirty dishes as needed and working with porters as needed
Ensuring Dish room cleanliness and organization as well as auditing silverware at end of the shift
Setting up the support station and making sure the service station is stocked
May manage the coffee station and making sure that it is always clean and stocked.
Continuously remove garbage and recyclables from the restaurant.
Restocking all glassware, silverware and dishware accordingly.
End of the shift cleaning including chair and table sanitation, high dusting as needed, and patio / outdoor dining cleaning if applicable.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Ideally, with experience in housekeeping.
