$40 per hour


Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations, communicating with clients, and ensuring the smooth running of our business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other company correspondence
  • Data entry and record keeping of important information
  • Assist in the coordination of client meetings and events
  • Manage and maintain filing systems and databases
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by management


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in administrative or office support role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prior experience working remotely is a plus
