Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Remote Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Agent to join our team. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, a great communicator, and has a strong customer service mindset. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a remote or office call center setting, providing exceptional support to our clients through live chat and tele chat channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat and tele chat channels.
- Provide accurate and helpful solutions to any customer concerns or questions.
- Multitask between different customer conversations and handle multiple live chat conversations at once.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical skills and ability to quickly navigate different software and systems.
- A calm and positive demeanor in handling challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
