Responsibilities:
The Integration Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the integration of new acquisitions, partnerships, and operational processes, including:
- Leading multiple integration projects simultaneously, ranging in size and complexity, with a focus on aligning practice operations, systems, and services
- Collaborating closely with leadership and operational teams to define integration priorities and ensure a smooth transition
- Managing project life cycles from initial planning through to full execution, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes are achieved
- Coordinating with various departments (e.g., clinical, IT, support services) to align resources and ensure seamless integration of new practices
- Analyzing integration requirements, identifying operational risks, and developing solutions to ensure success
- Communicating regularly with all stakeholders, providing updates and status reports on integration progress
- Leading problem-solving efforts for any cross-functional issues that arise during integration and escalating issues to senior management when necessary
- Facilitating training, education, and role clarification for practice leadership and team members to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
- Providing oversight and guidance to external consultants, vendors, and third-party stakeholders involved in integration projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare integration, project management, or operations management, with a strong understanding of physician practice management and operational workflows
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and influence at all organizational levels, both internally and externally
- High level of organizational and analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively
- Ability to collaborate across diverse departments and work with physicians, practice leaders, and clinical teams to align goals and processes
- Prior experience with successful EHR transitions / migrations
- Prior experience in healthcare acquisitions, mergers, or integrations is preferred
- Travel may be required up to 75% depending on project needs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments, with a deep understanding of practice operations, patient care systems, and administrative processes
