Align ENT & Allergy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care within our physician-led ENT and Allergy practice.

- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care, providing support to ensure efficient and smooth clinic flow
- Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and assisting with procedures
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing patient records
- Assist with in office procedures
- Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of medical equipment and instruments
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and self-care instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; completion of a Medical Assistant program is preferred
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical practice or clinic setting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic clinical procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, team player and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a very fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
