We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to become a part of our team! You will oversee one of our buildings in Rockford, IL.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for overall operations as well as clinical and financial success of the facility.
- Budget compliance

- Staff recruitment and retention
- Regulatory compliance
- Resident and family relationship
- Marketing and supervision of each department within the facility
What you need to qualify:
- LNHA license in the State of Illinois
- 2 years of administrator experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Solid knowledge of Managed Care and high-volume Medicare buildings
- Ability to collect, analyze, and manage data
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
