Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for resident care, and a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements. This role is essential in ensuring the facility operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and facility efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including nursing staff and administrative personnel.
Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to ensure the facility's financial stability.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
Handle resident and family concerns with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications :
Current and valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
