Job Description
We are a busy, modern orthodontic office. We have the opening for front office scheduling coordinator.
- high level of integrity and professionalism, must be driven to offer quality experience to our patients;
- be a team player who is personable, outgoing and with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with computer, dental office flow/procedures and social media/marketing is desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
-Meeting and greeting patients
-Taking phone calls and answering patient questions
-Scheduling patient appointments
-Insurance and financial processes
-Computer data entry (patient charts, referrals, insurance info, etc)
