Job Summary : We are seeking an energetic, talented and driven Mechanical Design Engineer to join our design team. You will be joining a team of skilled designers and also play a critical role in shaping the future of our products. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of designing innovative projects, we want you!

Key Responsibilities :

Projects : Planning, development, and execution of engineering projects from concept through to production. Ensure projects meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget.
Design and Innovation : Design of new products and the refinement of existing ones. Encourage innovation and ensure that design practices adhere to the highest industry standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including Manufacturing and Sales, to ensure product designs are feasible and align with customer and market needs.
Continuous Improvement : Focus on continuous improvement practices to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and streamline design processes.
Reporting and Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Willingness to Travel : Up to 25%

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design.

Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering design principles.

Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and engineering standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative information.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
