Overview :
Align Social Impact is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources and Operations Manager to provide strategic guidance and support in the areas of operations, and human resources as it scales up its internal infrastructure and staffing to support its long-term vision. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Human Resources and Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of our organizational processes.
About this Role :
The selected candidate will undertake the following deliverables in partnership with Align and its team :
Operations :
- Assess and optimize existing organizational processes and workflows.
- Develop and implement new operational policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for operational improvement for the organization and recommend solutions with clear tactics and processes.
- Streamline administrative and operational functions to set larger teams up for success.
- Evaluate and ensure all existing and new company policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.
- Employee Credit Card Reconciliation.
- Company Expenses - business and travel expenses.
