They find the legal means to take ownership, renovate, and rent abandoned homes. Most property investors don't like to do what they do - they prefer to roll up our sleeves.
WHO YOU ARE
Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-directed professional to manage executive support, oversee day-to-day office operations, champion process improvements, and take on additional responsibilities that align with their growing skill set. Reliability and integrity are paramount to the company and this role as the latter demands the ability to work autonomously, take full ownership of tasks, and embrace opportunities for professional growth and upward mobility. Responsibilities may evolve based on individual expertise and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Process Improvement
- Record Management: Maintain personnel files, handle sensitive data discreetly, and support basic HR documentation.
- Operations Support: Provide support to various divisions of the business as needed.
- Train & Support: Guide team members on the use of financial systems, software, and reporting tools for efficient, accurate data management.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively evaluate current operations, recommend strategies to streamline workflows, and implement effective solutions.
Executive Assistance & Office Management
- Calendar & Travel: Manage executive calendars, coordinate domestic/international travel, and handle reservations and logistics.
- Office Oversight: Supervise vendors, monitor supply inventories, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
- Professional & Personal Support: Serve as a polished point of contact for executives, internal teams, and external clients or vendors while upholding confidentiality, and assist the President with personal tasks to optimize his time and productivity.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or management roles.
- Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Keep, etc).
- Demonstrated experience with client-facing situations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential/sensitive information and resolving challenges proactively.
- Demonstrated ability to work with high level of autonomy
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Onsite, Monday - Friday
- Reports to President
- Exempt/full-time
- Compensation $80-$95k (depending on experience)
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
