About the Role:
The Critical Facilities Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment. This includes mechanical areas such as operation and maintenance of multiple components within the HVAC system, plumbing installation/maintenance, generator operations, fire detection and suppression, life safety, temperature control systems, building management systems, and digital systems.
Responsibilities also include electrical responsibilities including plan, implement, coordinate and supervision of all electrical operations, maintenance, and energy management programs for a critical facilities environment. Ensure conformance with all Change control development, approvals and execution.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also required to interact with internal stakeholders and respond to customer inquiries.
