Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance to patients with inquiries or concerns
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records
- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients on dental procedures, treatment options, and financial arrangements
- Ensure a smooth flow of patients through the office by managing schedules and coordinating with the dental team
