Key Responsibilities

2. Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of administrative functions, including office management, records management, and facility services.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the administrative team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for staff
4. Budget Management:
- Develop and oversee budgets for administrative services, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures as needed.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Implement risk management practices and maintain business continuity plans.
6. Technology and Systems:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of administrative systems, tools, and technologies.
