Description : PURPOSE :
The Chief of Administration (COA) is a key executive leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s administrative functions, ensuring operational excellence, and driving strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COA provides high-level oversight of finance, contracts, human resources, compliance, and other administrative services. This role ensures the alignment of policies, procedures, and operational frameworks with the organization's strategic goals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop, present, and recommend organizational, financial, and human resources policies and programs to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee the development, management, and execution of the annual budget to support the organization's long-term financial health and strategic priorities.
- Lead and coordinate periodic audits, ensuring full compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations as well as industry standards.
- Support and provide strategic guidance for public relations efforts to strengthen relationships with stakeholders, funders, partners, and the broader community.
- Collaborate with senior management to assess and implement administrative support systems and resources that enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute detailed reports, statistical analyses, and key insights for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.
- Regularly review, maintain, and update the organization’s administrative, financial, and human resources policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and county funding regulations, CFOP, and administrative codes by effectively managing government contracts and audit processes.
- Actively contributes to the organization’s decision-making and strategic planning efforts, providing insights to enhance operational and administrative effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the annual administrative budget in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer, adapting to evolving organizational needs.
