Job description
Aligned Hospitality Management is looking for an energetic, dependable and customer orientated Bartender. This is full-time position and the ideal candidate must multi-task effectively and must be able to work in a customer service environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our patrons, ensuring the bar is well-stocked and organized, and providing excellent customer service in a lively and dynamic environment.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a bartending or customer service role.
- Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on serving customers.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, waitstaff, and other team members effectively.
- Previous experience in a bartending or customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of bar operations, including stock management, is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service.

Education and Experience:
- Completion of mixology, barkeeping, or other related training required.
- At least one year of related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and preparing drinks.
- Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately.
- Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
- Must be legal drinking age or older.
