About the Property:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead operations at our distinctive boutique hotel in Tucson. This property features a full-service restaurant and bar, creating an elevated hospitality experience for our guests.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including rooms, food & beverage, sales, and guest services
• Drive financial performance through revenue management, cost control, and budget oversight
• Lead and develop a team of department heads and staff members
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards and maintain high guest satisfaction scores
• Manage capital improvement projects and maintain property standards
• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives
• Oversee food & beverage operations, including restaurant and bar management
• Build and maintain strong community relationships

Qualifications:

• 10 years of hospitality experience with minimum 5 years in management roles
• Previous experience managing boutique or lifestyle hotels required
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
• Proven track record of revenue growth and profit optimization
• Excellence in team leadership and development
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations

• Proficiency in hotel management software systems
• Excellence in budget management and forecasting

Schedule:
