*Job Summary* We are seeking dedicated Hotel Front Desk Clerks to join our team. We are looking for Day, evening and overnight coverage. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay at an exciting lifestyle branded property. *Duties* - Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently - Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally - Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately - Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area *Experience* - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
