What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labor & Employment Associate Attorney position at Aligned Talent Acquisition?
- Conduct thorough legal research and write persuasive briefs, memoranda, and motions.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Draft settlement agreements and employment contracts.
- Advise clients on employment laws and regulations.
Desired Background:
- 3-8 years' experience representing companies in all aspects of employment law including discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, labor law violations, wrongful termination, drafting employment agreements, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Licensed and in good standing with the bar.
- Strong knowledge of employment law principles, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and wage and hour regulations.
