A Beaverton Residential Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Property Maintenance Coordinator to assist our Maintenance Coordinator and office staff.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Closed for lunch 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Support for maintenance scheduler
- Manage and respond to tenant maintenance requests via email, phone, and online work orders
- Send work orders to vendors, follow up, request bids, and review open work order reports
- Assist with billing in QuickBooks and vendor communications
- Provide customer service and problem-solving in challenging situations
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general office support
- Cross-train for other office positions as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills
Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
