We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to provide project and program management support within Jefferies' Infrastructure domain . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile development methodologies and engineering best practices to oversee project execution, risk management, and performance metrics. This role sits within the Program Office , supporting IT leadership in managing end-user impacting projects and ensuring successful delivery of critical infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ongoing Infrastructure project portfolio .
- Manage project delivery, status tracking, risk mitigation, and program-wide metrics .
- Ensure timely defect fixes by collaborating with the environment management team to merge updates into test environments.
- Develop and track key metrics to report testing progress, open defects, and risks impacting the testing stream.
- Prepare business and technology-facing materials to align stakeholders and track project performance.
- Generate insightful reports and track KPIs to measure project success.
- Drive end-user impacting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring impactful outcomes.

8 years experience as Program Manager Provide project and program management support for Jefferies' Infrastructure domain, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ongoing project portfolio The role is going to sit within the Program office that supports Jefferies IT leadership with end user impacting projects and will be responsible in managing the project delivery, status, rish and mitigation and Metrics across the projects / program. Key responsibilities include developing business and technology-facing materials to align stakeholders, preparing insightful reports, and tracking KPIs to measure project success. Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting will be advantageous. The role requires ownership of end-user projects, driving progress from initiation to completion, and delivering impactful results. Strong organizational skills, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate and manage competing priorities, are essential.
