Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ongoing Infrastructure project portfolio.
- Manage project delivery, status tracking, risk mitigation, and program-wide metrics.
- Ensure timely defect fixes by collaborating with the environment management team to merge updates into test environments.
- Develop and track key metrics to report testing progress, open defects, and risks impacting the testing stream.
- Prepare business and technology-facing materials to align stakeholders and track project performance.
- Generate insightful reports and track KPIs to measure project success.
- Drive end-user impacting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring impactful outcomes.
- 8 years of experience as a Program Manager in IT Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.
- Experience in managing IT projects, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
- Expertise in stakeholder communication, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting (preferred).
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing demands effectively.
- Experience working within financial services or a high-paced IT environment.
- Proven ability to drive large-scale infrastructure transformation projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
