Role : Lead Program Manager – IT Infrastructure

Location : New York, NY

Exp : 15 Years

RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to provide project and program management support within Jefferies' Infrastructure domain . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile development methodologies and engineering best practices to oversee project execution, risk management, and performance metrics. This role sits within the Program Office , supporting IT leadership in managing end-user impacting projects and ensuring successful delivery of critical infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ongoing Infrastructure project portfolio .

Manage project delivery, status tracking, risk mitigation, and program-wide metrics .

Ensure timely defect fixes by collaborating with the environment management team to merge updates into test environments.

Develop and track key metrics to report testing progress, open defects, and risks impacting the testing stream.

Prepare business and technology-facing materials to align stakeholders and track project performance.

Generate insightful reports and track KPIs to measure project success.

Drive end-user impacting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring impactful outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience :

8 years of experience as a Program Manager in IT Infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and software engineering best practices .

Experience in managing IT projects, risk assessment, and mitigation planning .

Expertise in stakeholder communication, reporting, and KPI tracking .

Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting (preferred).

Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing demands effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working within financial services or a high-paced IT environment .

Proven ability to drive large-scale infrastructure transformation projects .

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills .
